Data Findability Workshop 2023

Fostering Data Findability in a Changing Ecosystem

  • online via Zoom
  • When: 16th of March, 2023 – iCal
  • What time: 10:00 to 13:30 CET
  • Where: Online via Zoom – Access to the Zoom Room
  • Registration not needed

The Consortium for the Social, Behavioural, Educational, and Economic Sciences (KonsortSWD) TA5 measure 2 „Enhancing data findability“ promotes its workshop on data findability improvement strategy recommendations for research data repositories (RDCs) across the KonsortSWD community and beyond.

Learn from experts how tools and services are adopted to improve data findability and align your practices with the community’s trends. Data findability tools and resources are crucial to leveraging valuable datasets that are largely available but still under-exploited. The workshop will address

  • Key topics in data findability
  • Practical techniques on monitoring tools
  • Best practices in website optimization

Who Should Attend
The strategy recommendations are guidelines designed for data curators and researchers interested in improving their RDCs datasets and research outputs‘ findability and better ranking in search engine tools through the internet.
