Workshop on “Big Data Analyses and New Developments in Research Data Centres (RDC)”
On 24 and 25 November 2022, a workshop on “Big Data Analyses and New Developments in Research Data Centres” will take place at ZEW (see CfP). The workshop is organized by IAB, ifo and ZEW as well as the associated research data centres: IAB-FDZ, EBDC (ifo) and ZEW-FDZ.
The aim of the workshop is to give economists the opportunity to exchange ideas on new types of data and new developments in data use: e.g. Big Data analyses, data linkage, innovative data access paths in RDCs.
IAB, ifo and ZEW invite researchers to contribute papers from all areas of empirical economic research. Please send your paper or an extended abstract in German or English to sandra.gottschalk@zew.de by 16 September 2022 at the latest.
We also welcome participants who do not wish to submit and present their own paper, but would like to learn more about the activities of RDCs.
