GWK decides on further funding for KonsortSWD

On July 4, the Joint Science Conference (GWK) decided to continue funding KonsortSWD. We are delighted that all other NFDI consortia from the first round will continue to receive funding alongside KonsortSWD. The new funding period for the second project phase will begin in October 2025. Until the end of 2028, the Federal Government and the federal states governments will provide a total of around 92 million euros for all consortia to ensure the sustainable provision and further development of research data infrastructures across the scientific community.
