RatSWD final report published
Documentation of the work of the Social and Economic Data Council (RatSWD) in its 6th appointment period 2017-2020
In its 6th term of office, the German Data Forum continued to work towards expanding and improving the research data infrastructure in Germany. This final report documents the focal points of the appointment period and provides an overview of the permanent tasks, such as advising policy and legislation or (international) networking.
The focal points included access to Big Data, register data and health data, the further development of crime and criminal justice statistics, data collection with new information technology, remote access to official statistics data, archiving and access to qualitative data as well as current social science research on the COVID-19 pandemic.
