Expansion of company data co-operation with ImmoScout24: FDZ Ruhr at RWI provides commercial property data for research
As part of the “Access-to-Firm-Data” project, the existing cooperation between the FDZ Ruhr at the RWI – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research and the ImmoScout24 internet platform has been further expanded. In addition to properties on the private market (RWI-GEO-RED), the FDZ Ruhr also offers commercial properties as a dataset for the period from January 2010 to June 2023. In addition to classic characteristics such as size and price, the data also includes the geocoordinates of the individual properties, which enables precise localisation and analysis.
